These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FormatSwapper (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://formatswapper.com and its conversion utilities (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

FormatSwapper provides free conversion between JSON, XML, CSV, and YAML data formats. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

2. No Account Required

The Services do not require registration, login, or payment. There is no user account data to manage or delete because none is collected to use the core conversion tools.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services to process content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to process.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or the infrastructure behind them.
Use automated means to scrape or bulk-query the Services in a way that degrades service for other users.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to any data or content you submit to FormatSwapper. We do not claim any rights to it. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any content you submit; see our Privacy Policy for how submitted content is handled.

5. Intellectual Property

The FormatSwapper name, branding, and site design belong to their respective owners. The site's conversion logic is provided for your personal and commercial use through the website as-is; it is not licensed for you to extract, redistribute, or resell as a competing service.

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
